You must cancel or re-schedule 48-hours prior to your scheduled course. This can be communicated by email or by telephone. If not, you forfeit your payment.

Full payment for all courses is required 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. If payment isn't received by this deadline, the class will be cancelled and the spot may be offered to students on the waitlist.

 

If you are needing to cancel or re-schedule your scheduled course, you will receive a credit to re-schedule on a different day. Credit will expire one (1) year after cancellation of course.

• If you have not pre-paid for your course in advance, your date has not been secured.

• Childcare is not provided, please arrange for childcare.
